Terms of Service

The service

Zenvora is a cloud business-management platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business during your subscription.

We may add, change or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.

Accounts & responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must enable available security controls (such as two-factor authentication) for users with financial access.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful activity.

Trials, plans & billing

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We act as a processor of it on your behalf. You can export it at any time, and we will make it available for a reasonable period after cancellation before deletion.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep Zenvora available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Zenvora is a tool to help you manage your books — it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvora's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
